Virtually all QBC Diagnostics products have no user serviceable parts, and should be only be repaired by an authorized QBC Diagnostics technician.  Some minor issues with the QBC STAR and QBC Autoread Plus hematology systems may be fixed by the user.  For information on these specific problems, please consult the QBC STAR Service and the QBC Autoread Plus Service webpages.
